Q: Why didn’t the mouse come with an instruction manual?

A: The manual for the mouse can be found at the link below and we didn’t include it with the mouse because we didn’t want to waste any paper unnecessarily.

Q: Why are the walnut backs so similar in color to the rosewood backs?

A: We were originally going to have two different kinds of backs but we decided that having quality backs that look and feel good is more important than offering different wood variations.

Q: Why is the USB-C charging port on the side instead of the front?

A: The charging port is on the side because if it were in the front then it would interfere with the mouse wheel. We found that while the side charging port is not ideal for long-term use the mouse only needs to be charged for about 5 minutes to be usable for a day.

Q: How long does the battery in the EXOvault mouse last for?

A: The mouse can work nonstop for around 30+ hours before it needs to be recharged.

Q: Will I ever need to replace the battery in this mouse?

A: It is possible that you may need to replace the battery in your mouse at some point in that case we will offer replacement batteries. We will also replace the battery for you if send it in.

Q: How do I map out all of the buttons on my mouse?

A: For PC users you would want to download X mouse button control and for Mac users, you want to get Steer mouse.
