Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXOvault 6-Month Limited Warranty
EXOvault warrants to the original purchaser that your EXOvault product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty applies only to products purchased from EXOvault or an authorized reseller.
What Will EXOvault Do? If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, EXOvault will either (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. EXOvault may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that EXOvault provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by EXOvault, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes EXOvault's property. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to EXOvault and becomes EXOvault's property.
Exclusions and Limitations This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for EXOvault. The warranty does not apply to any non-EXOvault product, even if packaged or sold with EXOvault hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than EXOvault, may provide their own warranties to you, but EXOvault, to the extent permitted by law, provides their products "as is". Software distributed by EXOvault with or without the EXOvault brand name (including, but not limited to system software) is not covered under this Limited Warranty. EXOvault does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
This warranty does not apply to: (a) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports; (b) damage caused by use with another product; (c) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (d) damage caused by operating the product outside EXOvault's published guidelines; (e) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of EXOvault; (f) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of EXOvault; (g) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; or (h) if any EXOvault serial number has been removed or defaced.

Limitation of Damages In addition to the above warranty disclaimers, in no event will EXOvault be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages, including any damages for lost data or lost profits, arising from or relating to this warranty or the product, and EXOvault's total cumulative liability arising from or related to this warranty or the product will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product by the original purchaser.
Governing Law This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the original purchaser purchased the product.
Severability If any term of this Limited Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
Amendment EXOvault reserves the right to amend the terms of this Limited Warranty at any time without notice.
